CLI Not Outputing Constraints on Inline Scalars #7

I've got an inline scalar with a constraint on it like this:

  @inline
  @maxLength(1024)
  scalar SpaceKey extends string;

But when converting to lexicon JSON with the CLI, v0.4.0, for some reason the constraint isn't output.

Oddly enough it works completely fine in the web playground.

Here's my work-in-progress lexicon where I"m having the issue.

Also, it looks like the CLI doesn't recognize the @default annotation, and the web playground doesn't actually propagate the default value to the generated JSON.
