Woodpecker CI #

Deploy to the cluster:

kubectl apply -f apps/woodpecker/

One-off secret creation from host .env:

kubectl create secret generic woodpecker-env \
  --namespace=woodpecker \
  --from-env-file=/mnt/Cofrin/woodpecker/.env

The .env file must contain WOODPECKER_AGENT_SECRET, WOODPECKER_FORGEJO_CLIENT, and WOODPECKER_FORGEJO_SECRET — create an OAuth2 app on Codeberg with callback URL https://ci.cuducos.me/authorize.

Agents auto-report their platform label; workflows should target linux/amd64 or linux/arm64 accordingly, e.g.:
