Automerge cursor fix #

This directory contains the published automerge 0.11.0 crate, with its licenses. Local changes:

• src/op_set2/op_set.rs fixes deleted cursor lookup.
• src/lib.rs calls the logging macro by its full path, removing an unused import.
• src/columnar/column_range/value.rs removes four unused index increments. These increments occur after the index is no longer read in each pass.

In seek_list_opid_slow, an existing operation beyond the last visible element now returns the accumulated index with visible=false instead of None. This matches seek_list_opid_fast and the documented cursor behavior for deleted text. The mismatch previously triggered a debug assertion during normal editing.

The patch also fixes historical cursor lookup for deleted suffixes. Debug assertions remain enabled. No storage format or synchronization protocol changes.

Regression tests live in tests/cursor_deletion.rs and tests/replication.rs in the editor project. Once an upstream release includes this fix, update the dependency, remove the Cargo.toml patch and this directory, and rerun those tests.
