use Io.Group for per-connection futures in runIo

instead of discarding futures from io.concurrent per connection, collect them in an Io.Group and cancel on shutdown. prevents resource leaks from unowned futures. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 4.6 <noreply@anthropic.com>
