scripts/lint-test-honesty.mjs treats any import under a helpers/ directory as not product code, so a unit test whose subject is itself test infrastructure fails the lint and stops the desktop suite before any runner starts. The test imports and exercises the real module; the exemption line records why no shipping module is involved.
