EUROPEAN_PDS now includes w-social, Hietzing, Bowverse, Sved, Kelosocial, and JDK alongside Eurosky — all EU PDSes with publicly accessible listRepos. Bot networks (blacksky) and non-EU hosts excluded. PDS handle suffixes added to nl-handle-class.py to prevent misclassification. /countries/ renamed to /stats/ on the .eu aggregate. Old URLs redirect. National scopes keep /stats -> /community-size redirect.
