End-to-end visual proof: Forgejo dev instance + forgejo-runner with the hyperfleet-forgejo-plugin, three workflows exercising parallel jobs, GITHUB_ENV round-trip, and intentional non-zero exit. The log-* screenshots show stdout actually streaming back out of the microVM through the in-guest initd's framed /exec response, the daemon REST proxy, and the plugin's gRPC stream into Forgejo's UI.
