The SDE client now downloads FC's JSONL static-data zip instead of the YAML distribution. The extraction root sentinel is categories.jsonl and the extracted build version is read from _sde.jsonl via the same JSONL parser the latest.jsonl probe uses, removing all serde_yaml usage from the client.
