Reverts the apps/ monorepo relocation and CI redesign (b5ca05383..781dc8b42): - refactor(repo): inherit desktop package metadata from workspace - refactor(repo): inherit desktop dependencies from the workspace manifest - ci: redesign release.yml for wall-clock on the apps/ layout - ci: redesign build.yml to cut redundant per-OS compiles - refactor(repo): relocate marketing site to apps/marketing - refactor(repo): relocate desktop crate and telemetry worker into apps/ Not ready to ship the restructure yet; the tree is restored to exactly the 0.7.5 tag.
