The market tab built a row only after naming both the item type and the location, and every caller ran the mapper through filter_map. A trade in a player-owned structure Pod had not resolved vanished: no row, no log line, and the transaction still in the database. It read as a sync failure. A name Pod cannot resolve now degrades the row instead of deleting it. Both mappers fall back to a label carrying the raw id, so the trade and its ISK still show and the tab's row count matches what the store reports. Closes #116
