Most healthy colonies emitted no calendar event at all: the only colony overlay was the storage-full projection, and extraction-program expiry, the "PI timer" players actually plan around, never reached the calendar. Separately, the per-event scope filter required calendar scopes for every event, silently hiding all Pod-derived overlays for characters who granted feature scopes but not calendar scopes. Add a colony-expiry collector mirroring the storage one: each extractor-fed colony emits one event at its soonest extractor expiry, the same instant the Colonies-tab countdown targets, gated by the Colonies sub-feature and the pod-overlays tweak, with a new synthetic-id discriminant. Pod-derived events now bypass the calendar-scope authorization check, since their access is implied by the source feature's own scopes, while real ESI events remain scope-filtered. Event copy uses the "extraction complete" title framing with the reset call-to-action in the body, translated across all locales.
