Mise 2026.2.13 no longer auto-trusts config files with MISE_YES alone, causing \`.config/mise.toml\` to be ignored and file-based tasks in \`bin/\` to not be discovered. Add MISE_TRUSTED_CONFIG_PATHS to explicitly trust the project directory and remove the now-unnecessary \`cp .config/mise.toml mise.toml\` workaround.
